IT Lead

We are seeking an experienced IT Lead to oversee all aspects of the IT department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily IT operations, supervising the IT team, and leading critical projects such as ERP implementations. Your focus will be on maintaining system integrity, ensuring robust technology support for the business, and driving continuous improvement across the IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT operations, including helpdesk, infrastructure, and network support across multiple group entities.
- Drive the group-wide implementation of Odoo/ERP, starting with the HR module and expanding to other functional areas.
- Develop, implement, and enforce IT security policies, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans to safeguard company data.
- Oversee IT procurement processes, manage vendor relationships, licenses, and control the IT budget effectively.
- Plan, prioritize, and monitor IT projects, providing regular progress updates to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to understand and fulfill their technology requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team to enhance their skills and performance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing IT operations and leading IT teams.

Location and Compensation
This position is based in DHA, Karachi, with an in-person work requirement. The monthly salary range is Rs120,000 to Rs200,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
