IT Manager

People Perfect is seeking an experienced IT Manager for a prominent financial services organization based in Islamabad. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing critical business applications, with a focus on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Loan Origination Systems (LOS). This position involves overseeing the full spectrum of IT operations, including infrastructure management, cybersecurity, technology projects, and process automation to support the organization’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support ERP applications, emphasizing finance and procurement modules, to ensure seamless business operations.
- Oversee Loan Origination Systems (LOS), handling processes such as customer onboarding, credit proposals, approval workflows, and offer letter generation.
- Lead IT operations, including infrastructure management, cybersecurity initiatives, and coordination of technology-related projects.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments, external vendors, and key stakeholders to deliver efficient IT services.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new applications, system upgrades, and technology implementations.
- Support the integration of artificial intelligence (AI), business process automation, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Manage IT teams by providing technical guidance, coordinating training sessions, and overseeing reporting activities.
- Assist with IT procurement, budgeting, resource planning, and vendor management to optimize operational efficiency.
- Ensure reliable IT support, maintain system availability, and facilitate timely resolution of technical issues.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related IT discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT operations, business application management, or similar roles.
- Strong functional and technical expertise in ERP systems, particularly in finance and procurement modules.
- Practical knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and their associated business workflows.
- Proficiency in SQL queries, database administration concepts, data validation, and reconciliation processes.
- Experience in managing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity measures, and technology project coordination.
- Excellent team management abilities, vendor coordination skills, and strong communication and problem-solving capabilities.
- Understanding of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system implementation, and process automation methodologies.
