IT & Network Support (Interns)

We are looking for a committed IT Support Technician to join our team and provide technical assistance to end-users. This role focuses on troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting a variety of devices, and maintaining computer systems and networks. The position is full-time, based in Karachi, with work locations at Shahrah-e-Faisal and Defense, and operates on a night shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
- Deliver timely and effective technical support to end-users to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of computer systems and network components.
- Research IT tools and best practices to recommend improvements and optimize system performance.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in installing and configuring Windows operating systems.
- Experience providing technical support for desktops and laptops.
- Ability to configure printers and other peripheral devices effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to work independently.
- Must have reliable commuting options or plans to relocate to Karachi before starting employment.

Additional Information:
This is a full-time role with a night shift schedule. The work locations are in-person at Shahrah-e-Faisal and Defense areas of Karachi. The salary range for this position is Rs35,000 to Rs45,000 per month. Candidates should be prepared to commute reliably or relocate to Karachi prior to joining.
