TeleTaleem is seeking a skilled and motivated IT & Networks Officer to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of relevant experience and possess strong technical expertise in managing IT infrastructure and networks. This role requires hands-on experience with LAN/WAN environments, routers, switches, and connectivity solutions. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining smooth IT operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the security and reliability of our systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including network devices such as routers and switches.
- Monitor and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Oversee system administration tasks, including user management, software updates, and security protocols.
- Implement and maintain IT security measures to protect organizational data and systems.
- Manage data backup processes and ensure data integrity and availability.
- Provide technical support and guidance to staff, resolving IT-related problems efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments to align IT operations with organizational needs.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure and network management.
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies and network hardware such as routers and switches.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Familiarity with system administration, IT security practices, and data backup procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Demonstrated capability to manage IT support and technical operations effectively.
