Vision Air International (Private) Limited, a prominent cargo and charter airline, is seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Officer to join its professional team at the Karachi Airport location. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, email systems, networking, and printers.
- Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot operating systems and various applications to maintain optimal performance.
- Manage IT systems including security protocols, data backups, and user account administration.
- Liaise with vendors to resolve IT-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team setting.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT support and system administration.
- Proficient command of English, both spoken and written.
- Strong technical knowledge of Active Directory, Domain Controller, Exchange Server, Windows operating systems, MS Office suite, networking fundamentals, hardware, and general IT support.
The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs55,000 to Rs65,000. The role requires the candidate to work on-site at the Karachi Airport, ensuring hands-on management of IT resources and immediate response to technical needs.
