IT Officer

Located in Zamzama, DHA Phase 5, Karachi, this full-time position seeks an experienced IT Officer to oversee daily IT operations, maintain network stability, and support the organization’s core system infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in network and system administration, with a strong focus on ensuring smooth and reliable IT services.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, access points, and firewalls.
- Manage Windows Server environments, including user access controls and file/print services.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network failure incidents promptly to minimize downtime.
- Monitor and ensure the completion of daily system backups to safeguard data integrity.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for equipment procurement and service repairs to maintain operational efficiency.
- Ensure smooth and reliable day-to-day IT operations across the organization.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of practical experience in network and system administration.
- Hands-on experience with MikroTik and UniFi networking equipment is essential.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities to quickly resolve technical issues.
- Good understanding of network and system infrastructure, including Windows Server management.

This role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs50,000 and requires the candidate to work on-site at the specified Karachi location.
