IT Officer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Officer to join our team at our facility located on Ferozepur Road, Sofiabad, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in IT support and maintenance, demonstrating strong technical expertise in troubleshooting, hardware and software upkeep, networking, and overall IT infrastructure management. This role requires hands-on involvement in resolving technical issues efficiently to ensure smooth IT operations within the organization. The position offers a monthly salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to 45,000 and requires the candidate to work on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Maintain and upgrade computer systems, ensuring all hardware and software are functioning optimally.
- Monitor and manage IT infrastructure to prevent downtime and enhance system performance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems promptly to minimize disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
