Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic laptop repair and troubleshooting tasks.
- Open and inspect laptops to diagnose issues.
- Demonstrate fundamental knowledge of laptop parts and hardware components.
- Install Windows operating systems and essential software applications.
- Resolve basic Windows and laptop-related problems efficiently.
- Manage company laptops and IT equipment inventory.
- Assist in the procurement process by evaluating laptops for purchase.
- Verify laptop specifications, condition, and warranty status.
- Conduct market visits for laptop purchasing and price comparison.
- Coordinate with vendors as needed to ensure smooth transactions.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma in IT or Computer Hardware.
- Basic understanding of laptops and computer hardware.
- Ability to open and inspect laptops confidently.
- Fundamental skills in Windows installation and troubleshooting.
- Capability to resolve basic laptop and software issues.
- Knowledge of laptop specifications and technical details.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and vendors.
- Willingness to visit markets for purchasing and price verification.
- Fresh graduates with strong practical knowledge are encouraged to apply.

- Intermediate level education is required.
Location:
- The position is based in Lahore, with work involving travel to various locations ("on the road").
Compensation:
- Monthly salary ranges from Rs30,000 to Rs35,000.
