IT Operations & Technical Coordinator Intern (Paid Internship)

The First Sol (TFS), based in Model Town, Lahore, is offering a paid internship for an IT Operations & Technical Coordinator Intern. This opportunity is designed for motivated candidates with at least six months of relevant experience in IT operations, technical support, server monitoring, or system management. The intern will work on-site, gaining practical experience by supporting daily technical operations, monitoring systems, and coordinating with the development team and CEO. This role provides a strong foundation to develop both technical and operational skills in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor company servers, systems, and technical services to ensure uninterrupted operation.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting and escalate technical issues to the appropriate team members.
- Coordinate with developers and technical staff on ongoing tasks, system issues, and project updates.
- Support daily technical operations to maintain smooth workflow across departments.
- Serve as a point of contact for technical coordination and follow-ups in the absence of the CEO.
- Communicate important updates, delays, and technical concerns to the CEO or relevant team leads.
- Identify operational challenges and escalate them when necessary.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with both development and Business Development (BD) teams.
- Learn and comply with company procedures, technical tools, and operational workflows.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum six months of relevant experience in IT operations, technical support, system management, or server monitoring.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of computers, internet, and software systems.
- Fundamental troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Confidence in communicating with team members and management.
- Willingness to learn new technical tools and processes through training.
- Responsible, proactive, punctual, and capable of working independently.
- Fresh graduates with relevant practical experience, internships, or work experience are encouraged to apply.
