Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and IT support aligned with project demands.
- Develop, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems and applications.
- Support software development lifecycle activities such as testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Manage IT infrastructure components including networks, servers, databases, and cloud environments as needed.
- Monitor system performance and promptly resolve technical issues.
- Ensure system security, maintain documentation, and keep accurate technical records.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and project managers to meet objectives.
- Understand client requirements and deliver solutions within agreed timelines.

- Prepare technical reports and provide regular updates on project progress.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Relevant practical experience in the required technology or domain.
- Professional certifications related to the field will be considered an advantage.
