We are looking for a confident and results-driven Cold Calling Executive to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. This role involves making outbound calls to generate qualified leads and support the sales team by promoting our IT and digital services. The position offers flexible working hours of 4 to 5 hours daily, starting from 6:00 PM. The monthly salary for this role ranges between PKR 50,000 and 60,000. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about IT sales and skilled in cold calling to contribute to business growth while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients with the goal of generating qualified leads.
- Clearly introduce and communicate the features and benefits of our IT and digital services.
- Identify client needs and qualify sales opportunities based on those needs.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects to foster trust and engagement.
- Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of calls and lead status.
- Schedule meetings with qualified prospects for the sales team to pursue further.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in cold calling, IT sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Strong command of spoken English and excellent professional communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in selling web development, digital marketing, software, or other IT-related services is highly desirable.
- Previous experience working with international clients is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
