We are looking for a dependable and proactive IT Supervisor to manage daily IT operations with a particular emphasis on CCTV monitoring and network troubleshooting. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted technology services, resolving routine office IT issues promptly, and supporting staff to maintain productivity. This role requires hands-on involvement in maintaining system uptime and addressing technical challenges efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage CCTV systems, ensuring live surveillance, recording integrity, camera functionality, and accurate incident reporting.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve networking issues including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, firewalls, and connectivity problems.
- Provide daily IT support for office hardware and software, including printer issues, user account management, email support, password resets, and workstation setup.
- Conduct routine system maintenance such as backups, software updates, and basic security checks to safeguard IT infrastructure.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs, network upgrades, and CCTV servicing as required.
- Maintain accurate IT inventory records, documentation, and incident logs to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Offer guidance and basic training to staff on common IT tools and best practices to enhance overall IT literacy.
- Escalate complex technical issues appropriately while minimizing downtime and disruption to business operations.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT support or supervision, with a strong background in CCTV systems and networking.
- Solid hands-on knowledge of network troubleshooting, Windows operating environments, and common office hardware/software.
- Familiarity with CCTV platforms, including IP cameras, NVRs/DVRs, and basic video management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong communication skills combined with a customer-service oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize daily support tickets to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, A+, or equivalent are considered an advantage.
- Competitive salary starting from Rs70,000 per month.
