Saylani Welfare International Trust is looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to join their Saylani IT Training (SIT) department based in Sidh, Kharian. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting network infrastructure across multiple educational campuses. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the flexibility to travel for infrastructure support and deployments.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless equipment.
- Monitor network performance to ensure continuous availability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly and efficiently.
- Implement network security protocols and access control measures to safeguard infrastructure.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network topology and device configurations.
- Provide technical support for computer labs, classrooms, and administrative offices.
- Coordinate network expansion projects and infrastructure upgrades as needed.
- Deliver technical support services across multiple campuses.
- Travel to various cities as required to support network deployment and maintenance activities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Valid CCNA certification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in network support or a similar role.
- Proficient knowledge of Cisco technologies, including Routing & Switching, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and wireless networking.
- Strong analytical skills combined with effective communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Candidates based in Kharian or nearby cities are preferred.
- This is an in-person role requiring physical presence at the work location.
- Monthly salary range is Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 50,000.
