IT Support Intern

We are seeking a motivated IT Support Intern to join our team and provide essential technical assistance during the evening shift. This role involves supporting employees with their IT needs and helping maintain company laptops to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for basic troubleshooting, system maintenance, and assisting with hardware and software issues, while escalating more complex problems to senior IT staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform laptop maintenance and troubleshoot common issues
- Conduct virus and malware scanning, followed by system cleanup
- Handle basic hardware troubleshooting, including RAM, storage, battery, and peripheral devices
- Install and update Windows operating systems, software applications, and drivers
- Provide support for Wi-Fi connectivity, printers, and other network-related concerns
- Manage IT assets and maintain accurate records of laptops and related equipment
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT personnel for resolution

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience are encouraged to apply
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and Windows operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting abilities coupled with effective communication skills
- Availability and willingness to work during the evening shift
