Maintain detailed records for each ticket, documenting troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and escalations. Prepare regular reports on ticket volumes, response and resolution times, SLA compliance, backlog, and recurring issues. Identify common support challenges and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery.
