IT Support Officer

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Officer to join our team at DHA Phase 8, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to employees, ensuring smooth operation of hardware and software systems. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of IT equipment, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization’s technology infrastructure. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 70,000 to 80,000 and requires on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide hardware and software support to employees across the organization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Address technical problems including connectivity and basic network issues promptly.
- Install, configure, and update systems, software, and peripheral devices as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and assist with the setup of new employee workstations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in IT Support or Helpdesk roles.
- Proficient knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and basic networking concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities combined with effective communication skills to assist end-users efficiently.
