IT Executive – IT Operations Specialist

BIN BAKAR Electronics, a prominent retail electronics company with multiple branches in Lahore, is seeking an experienced IT Executive specializing in IT operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting daily IT functions across the head office and branches. This role encompasses system administration, network management, technical support, surveillance system oversight, and maintaining overall IT infrastructure to ensure seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain CCTV and camera surveillance systems across all company locations.
- Handle network administration tasks including LAN/WAN management, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
- Perform system administration duties such as installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Oversee website management by performing basic updates and coordinating with developers when necessary.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting services for staff, systems, and devices.
- Ensure smooth IT operations at both the head office and branch locations.
- Manage and support attendance and biometric systems.
- Monitor system performance, ensuring data security and regular backups.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related requirements.
- Maintain accurate IT documentation and inventory records.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum relevant experience in IT support and network administration.
- Hands-on experience in IT operations and technical support.
- Strong knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, and system administration.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple IT issues simultaneously.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
