Key Responsibilities

- Analyze client business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Configure and implement JAGGAER procurement and supplier management platforms.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between JAGGAER and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Develop and support APIs, including Web Services, REST, SOAP, and manage data migration activities.
- Conduct technical workshops, client meetings, and solution demonstrations to ensure alignment and understanding.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, test plans, and deployment guides.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and provide post-go-live support to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and maintain clear communication with clients throughout project lifecycles.

Required Qualifications

- 5 to 10 years of experience in procurement solutions, software implementation, and deployment projects.
- Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, and supply chain processes.
- Hands-on experience with JAGGAER, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement, or similar procurement platforms.
- Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, SQL, and database concepts.
- Solid knowledge of integration architecture and middleware solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end software implementation and deployment projects.
