We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications that drive digital transformation for a diverse client base. Your expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and modern frontend frameworks such as Angular or ReactJS will be essential in building scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. You will collaborate closely with product owners and architects to translate business requirements into robust software, while adhering to best coding practices, continuous integration, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather business and technical requirements by facilitating workshops and discussions with client stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of business processes and objectives.
- Execute end-to-end coding and configuration for assigned modules, ensuring seamless integration within complex system environments.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, conducting unit, integration, and system testing to ensure functionality and quality alignment.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) alongside clients to validate system readiness and performance.
- Support software deployment and integration activities, ensuring smooth transitions into production environments.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including technical specifications, workflow diagrams, and well-commented codebases.
- Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, align deliverables, and uphold quality and performance standards.

Required Qualifications

- 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience developing enterprise-grade full-stack applications using Java (versions 8, 11, or 17) and Spring Boot framework.
- Strong knowledge of Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate for backend development and persistence management.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies such as Angular (version 8 or higher) and ReactJS, with a focus on building responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Bootstrap for advanced UI development.
- Experience designing and implementing microservices architectures using RESTful APIs.
- Advanced SQL skills with practical experience on databases including Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git for efficient code management and collaboration.
- Strong grasp of design patterns, object-oriented programming principles, and data structures to produce maintainable, high-quality code.
- Proven ability to work effectively within Agile/Scrum environments, contributing to iterative development and continuous improvement.
- Exposure to continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
