A Jazz Business Consultant GSM plays a pivotal role in advising corporate clients to enhance their business performance by leveraging Jazz’s extensive GSM, ICT, M2M, and Quantica portfolio. This position focuses on building and maintaining long-term, meaningful client relationships to ensure engagement, upselling, retention, and overall client satisfaction. The consultant operates within the Enterprise Sales department, reporting directly to the Regional Manager, who in turn reports to the Regional Head overseeing a team of Business Consultants across the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their business needs and provide tailored GSM solutions that align with their requirements.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales and revenue targets through the promotion of GSM products and services.
- Drive customer retention and recovery efforts within the assigned portfolio.
- Conduct daily visits to B2B large accounts to promote GSM solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Expand business penetration within tagged companies by addressing customer complaints, securing new accounts, and increasing GSM revenue.
- Manage and nurture relationships within the portfolio to foster loyalty, resolve issues, and promote additional GSM offerings.
- Prioritize high-value opportunities to strengthen presence in the large accounts sector.
- Ensure completion of scheduled visits to tagged accounts and collaborate with internal teams to resolve any challenges efficiently.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including B2B Executives, Pre-Sales, Customer Engagement, Sales Coordinators, Credit & Control, Channel Planning, Finance, and GSM Product Teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of emerging technologies such as digitalization, big data, security, ad-tech, IT hardware sales, and IoT.
- Proven selling experience in the corporate sector, particularly with internet/data-related products, GSM-based solutions, fixed connectivity, and M2M/IoT products.
- Experience working with OEMs, system integrators, and technology companies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably with a combination of Engineering/IT and Business disciplines.
- Dynamic, assertive, persistent, and motivated to identify and capitalize on opportunities within the corporate sector.
- Strong selling, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively communicate with prospects and internal management.
- Ability to translate business requirements into high-level design language.
- Excellent market orientation and understanding of the corporate segment.
- Specialization in portfolio management is essential.
