As a Business Consultant within the Enterprise Solutions division at Jazz, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering strong client relationships. This position requires promoting a wide range of technology solutions while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong techno-commercial understanding of the telecommunications and technology sectors, with a proven ability to exceed sales targets in a competitive environment. This role reports directly to the Regional Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industry verticals.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through strategic prospecting, networking, and market analysis.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales and revenue targets by promoting products such as GSM, Fixed Data, Adtech, Quantica, M2M, and IoT solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with evolving market trends and client requirements.
- Meet retention and recovery targets for the assigned client portfolio.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and propose tailored technology solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt resolution of any concerns and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Utilize expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, IoT, data management, and GSM technologies to effectively position Jazz’s solutions.
- Provide consultative guidance to clients on leveraging technology to address their business challenges.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the technology or telecommunications sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand product features and key selling points rapidly.
- Self-motivated with a strong passion for solving customer challenges.
