Unilever is seeking a motivated individual to join the JM Operations Home Care team on a contract basis at the Unilever CM Factory in Karachi. Reporting to the Works Manager – Home Care, this role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations within a globally recognized organization. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across various factory functions to enhance efficiency and governance.
- Identify and explore low-cost automation projects to optimize manufacturing operations.
- Analyze and recommend improvements in utility consumption within the factory to reduce costs and environmental impact.
- Collaborate on refining the end-to-end manufacturing strategy for the Home Care category, ensuring alignment with supply chain objectives.
- Design and develop real-time monitoring and alert systems for manufacturing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Investigate and develop alternative fuel sources to support cost optimization initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh engineering graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with at least six months of experience in a manufacturing environment will be given preference.
- Strong engineering fundamentals related to process equipment and operational parameters.
- Good business acumen to understand and contribute to operational improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
