Unilever is seeking a motivated individual to join the JM Operations Home Care team at its CM Factory in Karachi on a contract basis within the Supply Chain function. Reporting to the Works Manager – Home Care, this role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh engineering graduates or those with some manufacturing experience to develop their skills in supply chain operations while contributing to impactful projects that drive business value. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across various factory functions to enhance efficiency and governance.
- Identify and explore low-cost automation projects to improve manufacturing operations.
- Analyze and propose improvements in utility consumption within the factory to optimize resources.
- Collaborate on refining the category manufacturing strategy, focusing on the end-to-end supply chain for Home Care products.
- Design and develop real-time monitoring and alert systems for key manufacturing performance indicators (KPIs).
- Investigate and develop alternative fuel sources to achieve cost optimization in manufacturing processes.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh engineering graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with at least six months of experience in a manufacturing environment will be preferred.
