Qurban Security Services PVT LTD is seeking experienced and disciplined Security Supervisors to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidates will have a background in security forces and supervisory experience, demonstrating physical fitness, responsibility, and strong discipline. This is a full-time, contract position offering a competitive salary with accommodation provided. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or be willing to relocate to Lahore before starting work.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage security personnel to ensure the safety and security of assigned locations.
- Maintain discipline and enforce security protocols among the team.
- Coordinate with senior management and report any security incidents promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections and patrols to prevent unauthorized activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to security staff as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Retired personnel from Army, Police, Rangers, Frontier Corps, or other recognized security forces are preferred.
- Relevant experience in security or supervisory roles is essential.
- Age between 40 and 55 years.
- Minimum height of 5 feet 9 inches or above.
- Educational qualification of at least Matriculation (high school) or higher.
- Physically fit, responsible, and well-disciplined individuals.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior experience in managing security teams or supervisory roles within security services.
- Salary range between Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 45,000 per month.
- Accommodation will be provided as part of the employment package.
- Work location is based in Lahore, specifically at Joray Pull, Zarar Shaheed Road, Lahore Cantt.
- Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Lahore before starting the job.
