Job Title: Experienced Upwork Bidder – Client Conversion Specialist

Globotech Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Upwork Bidder with strong client conversion skills to join our team full-time at our North Nazimabad, Karachi office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant projects on Upwork, crafting compelling proposals, and converting leads into paying clients. This role requires excellent communication abilities and a results-driven approach to consistently meet sales and client acquisition targets. Please note, this is an on-site position with working hours from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, and remote or freelance applicants will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target relevant projects on Upwork related to web development, Shopify, and AI automation services.
- Develop customized, persuasive proposals to attract potential clients.
- Convert bids into client responses, schedule interviews, and close deals successfully.
- Manage professional communication and timely follow-ups with clients.
- Continuously improve bidding strategies by identifying high-quality opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records of bids, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales and client acquisition goals.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Upwork bidding and client acquisition with a strong track record of successful conversions.
- Excellent written English and communication skills, with the ability to write clear and engaging proposals.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
- Experience in managing client communication and follow-ups effectively.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and responsible work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Knowledge or experience in web development, Shopify, or AI automation services is highly desirable.
- Full-time permanent employment with a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs90,000.
- Work from a professional office environment located in Block A, North Nazimabad, Karachi.
- Structured working hours from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM to align with project requirements and client time zones.
