We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented recent DPT graduate to join our team in enhancing clinical documentation and supporting healthcare providers. In this role, you will contribute to the development and refinement of clinical templates such as patient notes, forms, and order sets tailored to provider needs. You will ensure that clinical documentation—including history, exam, assessment, and plan—is accurate, clear, and user-friendly. This position involves training US-based providers and internal teams remotely on system usage, testing new features, and providing valuable feedback to the product team. Additionally, you will handle client support tickets promptly and professionally while strictly adhering to company procedures and HIPAA guidelines when managing patient information.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in building and improving clinical templates based on provider requirements.
- Verify the accuracy and usability of clinical documentation, including patient history, examination details, assessments, and care plans.
- Conduct remote training sessions for US-based providers and internal teams on system functionalities.
- Participate in testing new software features and communicate clear, constructive feedback to the product development team.
- Respond to client support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Comply with company policies and HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive patient data.

Required Qualifications

- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, recently graduated.
- Strong clinical knowledge with a solid understanding of patient documentation.
- Proficient spoken and written English skills, comfortable communicating with healthcare providers online.
- High attention to detail and eagerness to learn and adapt.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate digital systems effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information

- Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, medical billing, or coding is advantageous but not mandatory.
- The role requires flexibility to work evening shifts, with summer hours from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM and winter hours from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
