We are seeking a motivated and organized Junior Assistant – Retail to join our team in Karachi. This full-time role involves supporting the Head of Department (HOD) Retail with daily operations, coordination, reporting, and various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced retail environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or those with up to two years of experience to grow their career in retail management.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HOD Retail with daily operational and administrative duties.
- Prepare and maintain reports on sales, attendance, inventory, and team performance.
- Coordinate effectively with retail outlets, kiosks, and other relevant departments.
- Follow up with store teams regarding tasks, reports, and operational issues.
- Maintain accurate retail records and update Excel spreadsheets regularly.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming standards, and compliance with company policies.
- Support tracking of sales targets and overall team performance metrics.
- Facilitate internal communication and share updates with retail teams.
- Assist with stock coordination and follow-up activities.
- Prepare meeting notes, task updates, and various reports as required.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the HOD Retail.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in retail, administration, or coordination; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to follow up effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Work Location
The monthly salary for this position ranges from Rs50,000 to Rs60,000. This is an in-person role based in Karachi, requiring regular attendance at the workplace.
