The Junior Bidder position at OctaMD is a full-time, on-site role located in Johar Town. This role involves identifying relevant projects and opportunities on various online platforms, preparing and submitting well-organized bids and proposals, and maintaining detailed records of all bidding activities. The Junior Bidder will work closely with senior team members to gain a thorough understanding of the company’s service offerings, pricing structures, and client requirements. This collaboration helps tailor proposals to meet specific client needs effectively. Daily responsibilities include monitoring new project listings, conducting basic market and client research, following up on submitted bids, and assisting with communication efforts to nurture long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate suitable bidding opportunities on online platforms.
- Prepare, structure, and submit clear and persuasive bids and proposals.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all bidding activities and communications.
- Collaborate with senior team members to understand service offerings, pricing, and client expectations.
- Conduct basic market and client research to support bid preparation.
- Follow up on submitted bids to track progress and gather feedback.
- Support communication with potential clients to build and maintain strong business relationships.
- Manage multiple bids simultaneously while meeting deadlines with attention to detail.

Required Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting clear, concise, and persuasive proposals.
- Basic understanding of business development, sales, or bidding processes, preferably in IT, healthcare, or medical billing sectors.
- Good research and analytical skills to assess project requirements, client profiles, and competitive environments.
- Proficiency with common online bidding platforms and office productivity tools such as word processing and spreadsheets.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and take direction from senior staff while demonstrating initiative.
- Willingness and ability to learn industry-specific terminology and services related to medical billing and healthcare operations.
- Minimum educational requirement of a high school diploma.
