Jr. Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage the full lifecycle of app production, from initial planning and design through development, quality assurance, and release. This on-site, full-time role operates Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, offering a competitive salary. The successful candidate will play a critical role in tracking progress, identifying bottlenecks, and improving delivery processes by leveraging data from tools such as ClickUp and GitHub. This position requires strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to automate reporting and task updates to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete app production lifecycle, utilizing data from ClickUp and GitHub to monitor progress from planning and design through development, QA, and release.
- Track production timelines, identify delays or bottlenecks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and ensure timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and generate weekly reports on app production status.
- Automate manual reporting and task updates by creating scripts and integrating APIs and automation tools.
- Validate event tracking in GA4 and Firebase before each app release to guarantee accurate analytics data.
- Prepare comprehensive post-launch performance reports, analyzing user retention, conversion funnels, and revenue metrics to inform future improvements.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, lookups, and chart creation.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, particularly joins and aggregations, to manipulate and analyze data effectively.
- Foundational programming skills in Python (with Pandas) or JavaScript to support automation and data processing tasks.
- Understanding of APIs, JSON, and data integration techniques to facilitate seamless data flow between systems.
- Strong written communication skills, analytical mindset, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving process inefficiencies.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
