Jr. Graphic Designer

Rapidev Pvt Ltd is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer with a minimum of two years of professional experience. The successful candidate will join a dynamic design team and be responsible for producing high-quality digital and print visual content that aligns with Rapidev’s brand identity. This role requires translating creative concepts and business needs into engaging designs for social media, presentations, brochures, proposals, and marketing materials. The Junior Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with marketing, branding, and business teams to ensure timely delivery of polished visual solutions that support the company’s mission of addressing global challenges through advanced technology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative designs for both digital and print media, including social media content, presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral.
- Create visual content that adheres to established brand guidelines and maintains consistency in typography, layout, imagery, color, and overall visual language.
- Support branding and visual identity initiatives across various projects.
- Prepare professional company profiles, proposals, and presentations.
- Collaborate with senior designers, marketing teams, and other departments to understand project requirements and translate creative briefs into effective designs.
- Adapt existing designs for different formats, sizes, and platforms while maintaining quality.
- Organize and maintain design files, assets, and source materials efficiently.
- Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve visual communication.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions while ensuring design quality and meeting project deadlines.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in graphic, visual, digital, or communication design.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CapCut.
- Experience designing for both digital and print platforms.
- Ability to create clean, modern, and professional designs with strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
- Capability to interpret creative briefs and translate concepts into impactful visual outcomes.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with WordPress and website design.
- Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools like Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- Basic knowledge of AI-assisted creative tools and modern design workflows.
- Experience working with technology, software, IT, engineering, or corporate brands is advantageous.
