Jr. Marketing Executive

eZhire is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Executive to join our marketing team in Karachi, Pakistan. This role focuses on managing influencer marketing campaigns specifically targeting the UAE market. The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, and results-driven, with a passion for building strong relationships and executing successful influencer collaborations. Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant influencers suitable for the UAE market.
- Initiate contact and negotiate collaboration terms with influencers.
- Coordinate campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers.
- Follow up regularly with influencers to guarantee timely completion of campaign activities.
- Track promotional codes, monitor campaign performance, and analyze bookings generated through influencer efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of all influencer interactions and prepare regular performance reports for management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media coordination, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with effective follow-up and organizational abilities.
- Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends relevant to influencer marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple influencer collaborations and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- A proactive, responsible, and results-oriented mindset with confidence and ownership of tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
