Jr Motion Graphic Video Editor

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Motion Graphic Video Editor position based in Lahore, Pakistan. The role is designed for entry-level candidates with less than one year of experience but requires 1 to 2 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics. The working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with two alternate Saturdays on. The salary range for this position is PKR 50,000 to 60,000. The role involves working on a variety of video projects including short- and long-form edits, motion graphics, SaaS videos, AI-generated UGC ads, as well as color grading and audio editing.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce high-quality video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Create engaging motion graphics to enhance video storytelling and brand messaging.
- Work on both short-form and long-form video projects, ensuring consistency and creativity.
- Apply color correction and grading techniques using Lumetri Color or DaVinci Resolve to enhance visual appeal.
- Manage audio editing and mixing to ensure clear and professional sound quality.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop SaaS promotional videos and AI-driven user-generated content advertisements.
- Maintain an organized workflow and deliver projects within deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is essential.
- Experience with color grading tools such as Lumetri Color or DaVinci Resolve.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating editing skills, animation, and motion graphics capabilities.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Lahore during the specified morning shift hours.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset for video production.
