Jr. Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a Jr. Technical Project Manager based in Nazimabad No. 1, Karachi, to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis. This role involves managing software development projects, coordinating with development teams, and providing technical support to the Sales department. The position requires working night shifts from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, six days a week. The salary range is PKR 30,000 to 40,000 per month, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to oversee project timelines, quality, and team collaboration effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects and tasks using Trello to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
- Assign tasks and balance team workload efficiently.
- Coordinate closely with development teams to facilitate project execution.
- Provide technical support to the Sales team, including research and development and resolving technical issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve project speed and optimize workflow processes.
- Conduct technical meetings with clients to discuss project requirements and progress.
- Ensure projects meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
- Oversee testing and quality assurance activities to guarantee product reliability.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and support the overall project delivery process.

Required Qualifications

- Must have a software development or technical background.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycles and processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate between various teams.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to work onsite in Karachi, specifically Nazimabad.
