Junior Account Executive

Skyscrapers is looking for a detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to join their finance team at the Gulberg Greens office in Islamabad. This full-time, onsite role involves supporting daily accounting and finance operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with reporting, reconciliations, documentation, and routine transactions. The ideal candidate will have between six months to two years of relevant experience, though fresh graduates with a strong foundation in accounting principles are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain accounting transactions along with supporting documentation.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare reconciliations for bank statements, vendors, customers, and ledgers.
- Support the preparation of invoices, payment documentation, vouchers, and routine financial reports.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting files and records.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and other finance-related tasks as required.
- Collaborate with various departments to obtain and verify financial information.
- Perform additional accounting duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Between 6 months and 2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with applicable knowledge may be considered.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- This position requires physical presence at the office location in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad.
