We’re Hiring: Junior Accountant / Data Entry Operator
Optimum Tech is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant / Data Entry Operator for one of our clients.
This is a great opportunity for entry-level candidates who want to build practical experience in accounting, data entry, and financial record management.
Key Responsibilities:- Enter and maintain financial data accurately in Excel and company records.
- Maintain invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other documents.
- Assist with daily accounting entries and basic bookkeeping.
- Organize and update financial records and spreadsheets.
- Assist with data verification and record reconciliation.
- Perform routine office documentation and data entry tasks.
- Education: B.Com, M.Com, BA, or BS in a relevant discipline.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of accounting and financial records.
- Hands on experiance.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
