Junior Accountant

ePOSmatic (Pvt.) Ltd., based in Islamabad, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join its Accounts team. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to begin their careers in accounting and finance. The role involves supporting daily accounting operations and gaining practical experience in financial record-keeping within a professional and supportive work environment. Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and the position requires on-site attendance.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining daily accounting records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Help prepare invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other financial documents.
- Enter and update financial data in accounting systems and spreadsheets.
- Support accounts receivable activities, including tracking customer payments and outstanding balances.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and basic accounting entries.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation to ensure organized record-keeping.
- Coordinate with other departments on routine accounts-related matters.
- Perform other routine accounting tasks as assigned by the Accounts Manager.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, B.Com, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data management.
