Junior Accountant

Appfiniti Technology Services (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team on a part-time basis. This role is designed for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in accounting within a dynamic and supportive environment. The position requires working on-site during the evening shift and involves assisting with various accounting and business support activities to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, send, and monitor client invoices while following up on overdue payments to maintain healthy cash flow. Review and categorize bank transactions and assist with bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records. Maintain organized documentation of financial records, receipts, and related paperwork to support transparency and compliance. Assist in preparing basic financial reports and contribute to internal audit processes as needed. Collaborate closely with sales and procurement teams regarding client quotes, purchase orders, and vendor records. Support inventory tracking and undertake other accounting-related tasks to help streamline operations.

Required Qualifications
A basic understanding of accounting principles and financial record-keeping is essential. Ability to accurately manage invoices, bank transactions, and maintain organized documentation. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail are critical for success in this role. Effective communication skills are necessary to coordinate with various departments within the company. Candidates must be willing and able to work on-site during the evening shift.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Previous experience or internships in accounting or finance are advantageous but not mandatory, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those new to the field.
