Junior Accountant

Allauddin & Sons – Pumps & Machinery, a well-established company in the industrial pumps, motors, valves, and process equipment sector since 1980, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join their finance team. This full-time, on-site position is based in the SITE Area of Karachi. The company provides supply, repair, installation, commissioning, and technical consultancy services to industries across Pakistan, offering an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or those with up to one year of experience to gain practical accounting experience in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately record daily expenses and ensure timely updates
- Prepare sales invoices and monitor them until payments are received
- Maintain Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable ledgers
- Manage party-wise ledgers for both customers and suppliers
- Keep detailed records of payments received and payments made to parties
- Organize and maintain company records and internal financial documents promptly
- Assist the senior accounts team with daily finance-related tasks

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com, BBA, or M.Com preferred)
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including data entry and basic formulas
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain organized records
- Good communication skills in both English and Urdu
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
