Junior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accounting professional with strong hands-on expertise in QuickBooks, Xero, and other accounting software. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in preparing and reviewing bookkeeping, financial statements, payroll, and maintaining accurate accounting records. This role requires managing accounting tasks across diverse industries such as e-commerce, trucking, retail, real estate, healthcare, and service-based businesses. Experience in book cleanup is also essential to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review bookkeeping entries, financial statements, and payroll accurately and timely.
- Manage accounting and bookkeeping processes for multiple industries, adapting to their specific financial requirements.
- Perform book cleanup to rectify discrepancies and maintain clean financial records.
- Utilize QuickBooks, Xero, and other accounting software proficiently to streamline accounting operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of financial information at all times.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Xero accounting software.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, payroll processing, and preparing financial statements.
- Ability to handle accounting tasks across various industries including e-commerce, trucking, retail, real estate, healthcare, and service-based sectors.
- Experience in book cleanup and resolving accounting discrepancies.
- Willingness to work on-site at the Bahria Town Lahore office during the specified shift from 6:30 pm to 3:00 am.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and backlog accounting is highly desirable.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 60,000 to PKR 75,000 based on experience and qualifications.

Work Location:
This position requires on-site presence at the Bahria Town Lahore office.
