Junior AI Creative Designer - AI video and Figma

We are seeking a Junior AI Creative Designer based in Lahore to join our team full-time in an on-site capacity. The ideal candidate will blend strong visual design skills with expertise in AI-powered content creation. This role involves hands-on experience in producing AI-generated videos and visual content, along with proficiency in Figma for crafting clean, modern digital designs and UI layouts. The position suits a creative individual who enjoys experimenting with emerging AI tools and can transform ideas into engaging visual assets.

Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling AI-generated videos for marketing, social media, campaigns, presentations, and digital platforms.
- Translate creative concepts, scripts, and ideas into visually engaging AI-generated video content.
- Develop image-to-video and text-to-video content using various AI tools.
- Experiment with multiple AI video-generation platforms and optimize creative workflows.
- Design social media creatives, digital assets, banners, and other visual materials.
- Utilize Figma to produce UI designs, layouts, wireframes, prototypes, and other digital assets as needed.
- Ensure consistency in visual style, typography, composition, color schemes, and branding guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with team members to develop creative concepts and visual directions.
- Edit and refine AI-generated content to deliver polished, professional-quality outputs.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and tools in AI design and video generation.

Required Qualifications
- Practical experience in creating AI-generated videos.
- Strong familiarity with AI video-generation tools such as Kling, Runway, Veo, Seedance, Pika, Luma, Hailuo, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of AI prompting techniques for both images and videos.
- Proficient in Figma with a solid grasp of UI design principles, including layouts, typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong creative and visual thinking abilities.
- Knowledge of video composition, transitions, storytelling, and pacing.
- Ability to convert briefs or ideas into visually engaging final products.
- Keen attention to detail and a willingness to explore new tools and techniques.
- Effective English communication skills to clearly articulate creative ideas.
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- A portfolio demonstrating AI design creativity, AI video work, and Figma skills is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Skills
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
- Background in motion graphics or animation.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Experience creating social media advertisements or short-form video content.
- Familiarity with AI image-generation tools such as Midjourney, Flux, or Adobe Firefly.
- Basic video editing and post-production knowledge.

We are looking for a creative, curious, and visually strong individual who is comfortable working with AI tools. While familiarity with every AI platform is not required, candidates must have real hands-on experience producing AI videos and know how to achieve high-quality results using these tools. Strong design fundamentals combined with proficiency in Figma are essential.
