We are looking for a skilled and motivated AI Developer with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have strong programming expertise in Python, Node.js, and artificial intelligence, along with a solid background in intelligent automation. This role requires the ability to independently develop AI-powered applications, custom automation workflows, scalable backend systems, and complex data-processing solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for building innovative AI assistants, task-execution agents, and language-model-based solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement AI and machine learning applications using Python and Node.js.
- Build intelligent AI assistants, task-execution agents, and language-model-based solutions.
- Design and develop custom automation workflows, background processing systems, and task schedulers.
- Create ETL pipelines, database synchronization processes, and data integration solutions.
- Develop secure and scalable REST APIs and backend services.
- Optimize, troubleshoot, and maintain production applications to ensure high performance and reliability.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficient in programming languages including Python, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face, with a strong focus on natural language processing (NLP).
- Knowledge of AI systems including large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) fundamentals, embeddings, and AI agents.
- Experience with backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Express.js, and NestJS.
- Familiarity with databases including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Skilled in automation tools and frameworks like Celery, BullMQ, task queues, and event-driven workflows.
- Comfortable with development tools such as Git, Docker, Linux environments, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills with the ability to build customized AI solutions beyond basic API integrations or drag-and-drop automation platforms.
- Proven experience in building and deploying independent AI applications and automation pipelines.
