Junior Architect / Architectural Visualisation Designer

ZAMTAS Technologies is seeking a Junior Architect / Architectural Visualisation Designer to join our team and contribute to commercial and industrial door projects. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to one year of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural drawings and creating 3D visuals that demonstrate how automatic doors, industrial doors, and entrance systems integrate with customer buildings. This position requires close collaboration with sales, engineering, and installation teams to ensure accurate and appealing presentations for clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, and sections for various projects.
- Develop 3D models and presentation visuals tailored to customer requirements.
- Illustrate the application of automatic sliding doors, swing doors, rapid roll-up doors, industrial doors, and entrance systems within building designs.
- Produce concept, approval, and basic installation drawings.
- Generate drawings based on site measurements and client specifications.
- Coordinate effectively with sales, engineering, and installation departments to ensure project alignment.
- Update drawings and visuals according to client feedback and site observations.
- Create professional visuals to support quotations and technical presentations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in architectural drafting and 3D visualisation techniques.
- Strong understanding of building elevations, openings, and construction details.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to visit project sites as needed.

Software Skills
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Revit
- Lumion, Enscape, or comparable rendering software
- Adobe Photoshop or similar presentation tools

Experience working with commercial buildings, façades, aluminium/glass works, or architectural products is considered an advantage.

This position is based on-site, requiring in-person attendance at the workplace. Salary will be determined based on the interview and candidate’s experience.
