Junior Architect

We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our team and contribute to the design and development of building projects from initial concept through to construction documentation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in architectural design, strong coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams, and a proven track record of delivering comprehensive building designs that meet project requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Develop complete building designs from concept through construction drawings.
- Coordinate architectural designs with Structural, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting drawings.
- Review Structural and MEP drawings to identify design clashes or coordination issues.
- Prepare detailed construction, finishing, ceiling, flooring, door/window, and architectural schedules.
- Collaborate closely with Structural, MEP, Civil, and Project teams to ensure integrated building design.
- Assess site requirements and incorporate practical construction solutions into drawings.
- Update designs based on engineering reviews, site conditions, and management feedback.
- Support quantity take-offs, material selection, and preparation of design presentations.
- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, building standards, and approved design criteria.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant architectural design experience.
- Proven experience in designing at least 5 to 7 buildings, preferably each with an area exceeding 10,000 sq. ft.
- Strong practical knowledge of building design and coordination with Structural and MEP disciplines.
- Ability to provide a portfolio showcasing completed building projects.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working on industrial, commercial, office, residential, or Oil & Gas / EPCC buildings is highly desirable.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs120,000.
- This position requires working on-site to facilitate close coordination and project execution.
