Junior Architect

Zameen Developments is seeking a Junior Architect to join its Architecture & Design team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the design and development of high-rise building projects. This position involves preparing architectural plans and designs, assisting with presentations, and supporting the development and finalization of building plans. Collaboration with structural, MEP, and visualization teams is essential to ensure cohesive project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all architectural plans comply with governmental and authority bylaws, as well as local and international best practices and standards.
- Conduct research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods, and materials relevant to architectural design.
- Develop concept boards that visually communicate the intended design direction, including architecture, color schemes, finish materials, and lighting. These boards will be used for feedback and approval from management and clients, reflecting the project’s branding and positioning.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
- Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience, preferably in designing multi-story commercial and residential projects.
