Junior Architect

Zameen Developments is seeking a Junior Architect with 1 to 2 years of experience to join their dynamic team. The role involves assisting in the preparation of architectural plans and designs, supporting presentations, and contributing to the development and finalization of building plans. The candidate will work closely with structural, MEP, and visualization teams to ensure seamless coordination throughout project phases.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all architectural plans comply with governmental bylaws, authority regulations, and adhere to both local and international best practices and standards.
- Conduct research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods, and materials relevant to architectural design.
- Create concept boards featuring images and design elements for management and client feedback, capturing the intended aesthetic, branding, and positioning through architecture, color schemes, finish materials, and lighting.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
- Registered with the Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners (PCATP).
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience, preferably with a focus on designing multi-story buildings.
