Junior Architect

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team based in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. This full-time, on-site position offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate closely with senior architects and gain hands-on experience throughout various stages of architectural design and construction. The ideal candidate will contribute creatively to project development while enhancing their technical skills in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing architectural concepts, creating technical drawings, and producing 3D visualizations.
- Prepare detailed construction drawings, presentation materials, and comprehensive project documentation.
- Support senior architects during design development and project coordination phases.
- Conduct site visits and surveys, and prepare site observation reports as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants, including structural, MEP, and contracting professionals.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Participate in client meetings, offering design ideas and practical solutions.
- Assist with material selection, basic cost estimation, and design-related research.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design or related fields.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and building systems.
- Basic knowledge of Lahore Development Authority (LDA) by-laws is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
