OctaMD is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team onsite in Johar Town, Lahore. This role offers an exciting opportunity to advance your career within the healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry. The successful candidate will play a vital role in expanding OctaMD’s client base by identifying new business opportunities and fostering strong relationships with healthcare providers and practice managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and engage potential clients and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through prospecting, outreach, and comprehensive market research.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and practice managers to understand their needs.
- Conduct market research to analyze customer requirements, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver customized presentations to effectively showcase OctaMD’s services.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects and business opportunities to ensure consistent growth.
- Assist in proposal preparation and collaborate with internal teams to align service offerings with client expectations.
- Monitor performance metrics and contribute to initiatives aimed at driving business growth.
Required Qualifications:
- Between 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to create and deliver engaging and impactful presentations.
- Proven expertise in lead generation, including prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management.
- Excellent market research and analytical skills to interpret industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work onsite, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
