TechnoCares is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our team in Model Town, Lahore. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for fresh graduates who are analytical thinkers passionate about understanding business challenges and transforming ideas into effective software solutions. As a Junior Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with Project Managers and technical teams to contribute to the development of innovative enterprise software products.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to ensure clarity and completeness.
- Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows to guide development and testing efforts.
- Identify missing requirements, edge cases, and business rules to minimize project risks.
- Coordinate effectively with Project Managers, Developers, and QA teams to maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in project planning, requirement tracking, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to support successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in one of the following fields:
- BBIT (Business & Information Technology) – preferred
- BS Business Analytics
- BS Management Information Systems (MIS)
- BS Information Systems
- BS Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT
- BBA or BS Management Sciences
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with strong English communication and documentation abilities. A basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and business workflows is essential. Candidates who are proactive, curious, and quick learners will thrive in this role. Familiarity with SQL, APIs, or project management tools such as Jira or Trello is considered an advantage.
