Junior Business Development Executive (Night Shift)

We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Development Executive with practical experience in client communication on freelancing platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, and other online marketplaces. The main objective of this role is to generate leads, engage with clients, and secure graphic design projects to support the company’s growth. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage client interactions and collaborate with the design team to meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize company profiles on Fiverr, Upwork, and other freelancing platforms to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Identify potential clients and craft customized proposals or bids tailored to graphic design projects.
- Communicate professionally with international clients through chat and calls, ensuring clear understanding and timely responses.
- Understand client requirements thoroughly and coordinate with the design team to deliver appropriate solutions.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to close deals and convert leads into projects.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client conversations, and project progress to ensure smooth workflow.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships aimed at repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and project acquisition goals as set by the company.

Required Qualifications:
- Between 6 months to 2 years of experience in business development or working on freelancing platforms.
- Strong knowledge of the bidding processes on Fiverr and Upwork, including how to create compelling proposals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to engage clients effectively.
- Ability to understand graphic design project requirements such as logos, branding, social media posts, and packaging.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to secure projects and maintain client satisfaction.
- Basic knowledge of proposal writing and client handling techniques.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset, capable of working independently to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience handling graphic design-related projects is highly desirable.
- Understanding of pricing strategies and service packaging to offer competitive and profitable proposals.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing is considered a plus.
- Monthly salary range: Rs 35,000 to Rs 70,000.
- Work location is in person, with a requirement for availability during night shifts.
