Junior Clerk

This position is based in Balochistan and involves supporting the Superintendent and Assistant Director in their official duties. The role requires maintaining the branch’s official records in an organized manner under supervision, handling diary and dispatch work, and performing any other assignments as directed by senior staff. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Superintendent and Assistant Director in the discharge of official duties.
- Maintain official records of the branch in proper order and ensure their safe custody under the supervision of the Office Assistant and Superintendent.
- Manage diary and dispatch work for the branch.
- Carry out any other official assignments as assigned by senior officials from time to time.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification of Secondary School Certificate (Matriculation) with at least a 2nd class pass.
- Acceptable qualifications include Secondary School Certificate/Matriculation; Sanwia Aama; O-Level; National Vocational Certificate (Levels 1 to 4); Secondary School Certificate/Matriculation Science; Secondary School Certificate/Matriculation (Arts/Humanities); Secondary School Certificate/Matriculation Computer Science (CS); Technical School Certificate/Matriculation (Tech.)
- Age limit: Maximum 40 years (including general and regional age relaxations).

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Basic computer literacy is preferred.
- Completion of a three-week basic IT course, including training in MS Office, is desirable.
